Aventura families can jump on trampolines, lace up roller skates and hit the arcade at a fundraiser for the ACES Robotics Program on Friday, Oct. 23.

The Aventura City of Excellence School is hosting its Family Night at Dezerland Action Park from 6 to 9 p.m. The evening includes one hour each of trampoline jumping, roller skating and arcade play.

Tickets cost $45 per participating guest. An early-bird rate of $40 was available through Friday, Oct. 16, according to the school's event listing. Guests who are not participating in the activities get in free. The school is asking families to purchase admission and complete a required event waiver before the night of the event.

All proceeds benefit the ACES Robotics Program. The K-8 charter school, located at 3333 NE 188th St. in Aventura, serves about 1,032 students within Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

Dezerland Action Park describes itself as South Florida's largest indoor attraction. The facility offers free general admission and parking, though individual activities carry separate fees.

The Family Night is one of several fall events on the ACES calendar. The school's annual Trunk or Treat is set for Thursday, Oct. 29, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the ACES parking lot. That event features trick-or-treating at decorated trunks, arts and crafts, a haunted hallway and food trucks. Wristbands for Trunk or Treat cost $20 in advance or $25 at the gate and are required only for children ages 2 to 18. Advance sales run through Friday, Oct. 23, via My School Bucks. Oct. 29 is also an early release day for students.
