Voters in Miami-Dade County’s Precinct 002 will vote at Gateway Park, 151 Sunny Isles Blvd., on Tuesday, Nov. 3. It is one of 19 precincts affected by temporary changes at 12 polling locations, according to the Miami-Dade County notice.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters must use their assigned Election Day location. Check the Miami-Dade voter lookup before leaving; it displays the current location for each voter.
Sunny Isles Beach precinct moves
Precinct 002 had been assigned to St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church. For the Nov. 3 general election, it will operate at Gateway Park, 151 Sunny Isles Blvd., the county said.
Changes near Aventura
Precincts 127, 183 and 184 will vote at the Hazel Crawford Neighborhood Resource Center, 1528 NE 152nd Terrace, instead of the Washington Park Community Center, according to the county’s list.
Why polling places changed
The county said construction, scheduling conflicts and other circumstances made 12 usual polling locations unavailable. The elections office identified alternatives and said affected voters’ updated locations should appear in their voter records.
