Three restaurants at Aventura Mall will offer prix fixe meals starting at $40 for lunch and $50 for dinner when Miami Spice 2026 kicks off Saturday, Aug. 1, giving local diners two months of discounted multi-course dining without leaving the neighborhood.
Eataly's La Pizza & La Pasta, Eataly's Il Pastaio and TOKU are the mall's three participants in the program, which runs through Wednesday, Sept. 30, according to Aventura Mall's events page.
Il Pastaio offers a three-course format: an antipasto, a housemade pasta or signature entrée, and a classic Italian dessert. Dishes include Ravioli alla Nerano, Agnolotti di Tartufo Nero and Casarecce al Pistachio Pesto e Gamberi, with Eataly's signature Tiramisù or a traditional Affogato al Caffè to close.
La Pizza & La Pasta focuses on artisan pizzas and handcrafted pastas made with ingredients sourced from Italy. Lunch starts at $40 and dinner at $50.
TOKU takes a different path with modern Asian cuisine across brunch, lunch and dinner seatings. The menu features handcrafted sushi, dim sum and entrées such as Miso Black Cod, Tenderloin Beef & Broccoli and Braised Short Ribs. Desserts include a Warm Brownie and Mochi Trio. An optional bottomless brunch cocktail package is also available.
A 25-Year Tradition Grows to More Than 300 Restaurants
Miami Spice 2026 marks the program's 25th edition. The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau launched it in 2002 with 56 restaurants; more than 300 are participating this year across Greater Miami and Miami Beach, according to a GMCVB press release. Last year's program drew a record 387 restaurants.
David Whitaker, president and CEO of the GMCVB, said in the bureau's July 20 announcement: "What began as an economic development initiative to support our restaurant community during the quieter summer months has grown into a beloved tradition that reflects the remarkable evolution of the destination."
The GMCVB says menus represent a minimum 30 percent savings off regular prices. Prices do not include taxes or gratuity. A new premium tier called Miami Spice Reserve debuts this year with tasting menus starting at $95.
Camillus House, a Miami nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness, is the program's official charitable partner for 2026. Eddie Gloria, CEO of Camillus House, said in the July 20 announcement that diners can "make every meal count" by choosing to donate while they dine. Participating restaurants will display QR codes on menus, and contributions can also be made at camillus.org.

The GMCVB encourages diners to call restaurants directly to confirm participation and book reservations in advance. Aventura Mall lists additional details at aventuramall.com/events.
