The Aventura Arts & Cultural Center will stage seven shows between November 2026 and April 2027. The city of Aventura's season lineup pairs four Broadway concerts with three comedy performances at the 330-seat waterfront venue.
The season opens with comedian Julia Scotti at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20. Two days later, two-time Tony Award winner Victoria Clark launches the Broadway Concert Series at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22. Music director Ted Sperling, a Tony and Drama Desk award winner, joins Clark for an evening of songs from her Broadway roles.
Broadway headliners fill out the concert series
Three more Broadway headliners follow. Norm Lewis, the first Black actor to play the title role in "The Phantom of the Opera" on Broadway, performs at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2027. Grammy winner Reeve Carney, who stars as Jay Gatsby in "The Great Gatsby," brings his cabaret show "Broadway Divas" at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22, 2027. Andrea McArdle, Broadway's original Annie, closes the series with "Broadway Jukebox" at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2027. The show marks the 50th anniversary of the original Broadway production of "Annie," and the audience picks the songs and story prompts.
Comedy lineup adds Hanukkah show and Rita Rudner
The Comedy Series continues with the Dovi Neuburger and Ami Kozak Hanukkah Comedy Show, with performances at 7:15 and 9:45 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, and Rita Rudner at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2027. Rudner holds the record for the longest-running solo female comedy show in Las Vegas history. An opening act for her Aventura date has not been announced.
